There is usually lots of info on the patent forms which are not contained in the SAE papers. Check it out. Plus, if the interface is unique, chances are it is patented too, and all explained and open to the public, upon request. BTW I heard a while back (maybe on this list) that the Honda UEGO was optimized for the lean range. After all, that is what they are using them for. Also I think Robert Dingly mentioned that NTK made 3 versions of the UEGO - rich, lean, and wide band. Based on this info I ordered a setup from NTK a month ago. (as I posted) Fred ------------------------------ From: cmorris@xxx.com (Charles) Date: Sun, 28 Apr 1996 08:24:00 -0700 Subject: 3484 drivers (cont'd) I found a place that has six MC3484-S2 injector drivers at $10.50 each. Unfortunately, that's all they have, and can't get any more, so they requested that I not post the number on the net. If the person who wanted to buy six will e-mail me again, I'll give you the 800 number. Meanwhile, I haven't heard back from the Cherry sales rep yet (he claimed there was a 50-piece purchase minimum, but I'm not sure he really looked to see if they existed... the CS-452, that is). - -Charles p.s. can anyone E-mail me a data sheet for the 8748? ------------------------------ End of DIY_EFI Digest V1 #124 ***************************** To subscribe to DIY_EFI-Digest, send the command: subscribe diy_efi-digest in the body of a message to "Majordomo@xxx.
