It would appear that someone tried to post a 4 megabyte message.

Majordomo bounced it to me and my ISP refused it due to the size.
I assume it is lost.

There is a 40 _kilo_ byte limit on mesasges posted to the list.
Anything bigger simply won't get through.

If you want to share a file, upload it to the ftp site:

ftp://efi332.eng.ohio-state.edu/incoming

and post a message to the list giving its name.
