Q5 and Q6 are logic-level MOSFETs, you can use an ECG2371 or IRF9540. Thanks for asking. I have looked at the schematics of your ECU7 and it looks very interesting. I have a question about it. What type of transistor are you using in the power and fuel pump relay section. It says MOSFETDP in the parts list, but what type is that? Do you have a component number or something else that can help me?Will any MOSFET do? is it N or P?
