They mention high-volume fuel flow, as an application. Still, it seems any fuel hose material could generate some small amount of static. I'll just have to consider the grounding good enough. > Does it crump, in tight corners?. Just a guestion. It is not as flexible as neoprene. However, the few sharp bends I need are done the right way, with AN tube hose ends. I would say minimum bend radius needs to be around 10", not a problem in my application. - - Clay - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from diy_efi, send "unsubscribe diy_efi" (without the quotes) in the body of a message (not the subject) to majordomo@xxx.org ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 5 Apr 2000 08:25:09 -0700 (PDT) From: Clay B Subject: Re: '93 Ford EEC-IV > Superchips actually supplies the programming for Vortech--either > contact them, or contact JMS chip (Johnson Motor Sports) and talk > with Chris. Does that mean they are willing to share their knowledge? Perhaps I did not make it clear, but "buying a chip" is absolutely not the solution we are looking for. The only reasonable answer is to understand the ECU well enough to tune it ourselves. - - Clay - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from diy_efi, send "unsubscribe diy_efi" (without the quotes) in the body of a message (not the subject) to majordomo@xxx.org ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 5 Apr 2000 10:52:50 +0200 From: Carlo Putter Subject: Virus alert This message is in MIME format. Best of luck, cause they share squidly. First off, the info is scrambled, the algorythms in most ECA's changes per vehicle--I've personally seen 4 different ECA's in the same model/year pickup. You can try "Shiftmaster"--but you'll still rely on them somewhat, and be about 8 years behind the technology.
