1) Uncompress "CAT9.SDK" 2) Put the real disk or an image into drive 6 slot 1 3) Put the OS/9 disk or an image thereof into drive 6 slot 2 4) Enter the date if prompted to do so 5) Enter "DIR" at the '%' prompt 6) Respond with 6 and 2 to the slot and drive number prompts The program will display the OS/9 Identification Sector and the contents of all directories. The disk also has a program named "X". It will extract a file from the OS/9 disk and copy it to the current ProDOS directory. To extract a file, you'll need the file's starting LSN. That's the number shown next to the file's name when you run "DIR". "X" will prompt you for the slot, drive and starting LSN. If the file you extract is a binary file you'll have to change the file's type from 'TXT to 'BIN'.
