The zipped install files are too large to upload in one piece (yahoo has a 10mb upload limit). 
Download all files into the same folder then run the disk1.exe file to re-assemle the .zip file.
Extract the zip file and run setup.exe.
After installing, replace the RadioInfo.mdf file in the installed software with the updated file included
here.
