The Orange Converter is compatible with Windows 98 SE, Windows Me and Windows 2000. The Orange Converter is based on the ANSI Serial Bus Protocol 2 (SBP-2). SCSI class drivers can use SBP-2 to talk to IEEE 1394 devices using the SCSI command set. Because Windows 98 SE, Windows Me and Windows 2000 have native support for SBP-2, the Orange Converter does not need special driver support.
