      Head Assembly Removal and Handling
       Next the drop assembly needs to be removed. There is a spring on each 
      side of the drive. With tweezers remove the BOTTOM loop from the tab and 
      let the spring sit. It will stay put with one side connected. Repeat the 
      step on the other side of the drive.
