About ROMWriter.shk 

This is a ShrinkIt DOS 3.3, 5.25² disk archive. It contains program and
docs for writing to an EPROM. Use ShrinkIt v3.4 and up to unshrink it to
a DOS 3.3, 5.25² Apple II disk, then the disk should boot and launch the
ROM writer program. Read the docs on the disk for info on the use of it.
