Due to the number of emails I received asking for info about booting an
Apple IIGS over the network, I have created a primitive HOWTO for this
purpose. It is online at http://src.mit.edu/apple2gs.html

It is in its very early stages, and probably full of mistakes or
ambiguities due to the amount of caffeine I consumed prior to writing
it. Feedback would be appreciated, though I'd prefer feedback from
people actually attempting to follow the steps, rather than people who
are experienced users, as HOWTOs should cater to novices as well as
nerds :-)
