The MB89810A series is a line of single-chip microcontrollers based on the F²MC-8L(F²MC stands for FUJITSU Flexible Microcontroller) CPU core which can operate at low voltage but at high speed.
The microcontrollers contain peripheral function such as timer, serial interface, a UART, and an external interrupt.
The MB89810A series is applicable to a wide range of applications from welfare products to industrial equipment, including portable devices.

8-bit synchronous serial (Switchable transfer direction allows communication with various equipment.)

UART (5-, 7-, or 8-bit transfer capable)

External interrupt: Eight channels are independent and capable of wake-up from low-power consumption modes (with an edge detection function).

Low-power consumption modes

Stop mode (Oscillation stops to minimize the current consumption)

Sleep mode (The CPU stops to reduce the current consumption to approx. 1/3 of normal)
