The MC68HC05C9A HCMOS microcomputer is a member of the M68HC05 Family. The MC68HC05C9A memory map consists of 15,936 bytes of user ROM and 352 bytes of RAM. The MC68HC05C9A includes a serial communications interface, a serial peripheral interface, and a 16-bit capture/compare timer.
