The Motorola MC68HC05PL4/B is a member of the low-cost, high-performance M68HC05 Family of 8-bit microcontroller units (MCUs). All MCUs in the family use the popular M68HC05 central processor unit (CPU) and are available with a variety of subsystems, memory sizes and types, and package types.

    • 4 keyboard interrupts with pull-up resistor
    • 6 high current sink pins
  • Open-drain output for LED drive
  • Multiplexed DTMF output with built-in 6-bit D/A
  • Single-Chip, Bootloader, and Test Modes
  • Reloadable 8-bit event timer
  • COP watchdog reset
