| Overview: | The DSP-449 combines two TI 320C40 scalar DSP processors with the Sharp 9124 vector processor to form a very fast signal-processing system for high-speed FFT-intensive DSP applications. The three processors are interconnected through shared memory to minimize data movement while performing array operations with both processor types. FIFO-buffered 36-bit parallel ports on the front panel make it easy to route user data into and out of the system. Software development tools and function libraries are included. |
