| Overview: | Configurable Call Progress Generation(CPG) is a versatile Service for the generation of a wide range of call progress signals. The CPG Service has 18 different signal profiles that may be programmed. 15 are global profiles shared by each instantiation of the CPG Service. 3 are local profiles unique to each CPG Service. The CPG Service includes 11 standard North American call progress and SIT signals as default profiles. These default profiles may be easily reprogrammed to support other signals used in other regions, as well as proprietary signalling schemes ued in PBXs, key systems, and computer telephony products. |
