Overview: The HausWare Vector Quantized CELP algorithm provides an 8 kbps compressed data stream with an MOS score of 3.6. It is well suited for aplications requiring high compression rates without sacrificing speech quality. Note that no additional royalty fees are required for VQ CELP.
