Overview: D2.s G.729A CS-ACELP voice-coder algorithm module implements the ITU-T G.729-Annex A and Annex B to G.729A defines a voice activity detector and comfort noise generator for use with G.729 or G.729A optimized for V.70 applications. It compresses codec or linear data to 8kbps code using the Conjugate-Structure Algebraic-Code-Excited Linear-Predictive Coding Algorithm.
Ideal Performance: Integrated with other VP Open modules and tested for concurrent real-time processing on multiple voice ports.
Algorithm Verification: ITU G.729A-Annex B test vectors, Numerical stability with tones and extreme values, Code error test with stationary and non-stationary errors, Mean Opinion Scores (MOS) test according to ITU-T P.80 specification for Absolute Category Rating, VP Open interface validation
