Question: Using XDS-510. Program counter stops in step mode.

Answer: Each step was causing SP++ and the PC to remain at the reset vector. This would suggest that the C30 was getting a continual reset and therefore constantly re-reading the int vector. Another possibility is that the RESVxx pins, which are actually tester interrupts (and maybe unmaskable) are floating.
