Question: XDS510:CLKOUT1 pin directly to TCK line. Will the emulator run at the full speed of the DSP device?

Answer: Yes the device will run at full speed regardless of the speed of the TCK line. The emulator clock is independent of the device clock, and the speed of the emulator clock only really effects the speed of the user interface.
