Question: Trying to get the serial port to operate. Occasionally it will enter the interrupt w/o setting the flag. Is there a reason for this.

Answer: The interrupts are probably being serviced OK, but RUNF should be used instead of RUN to make sure that the emulator doesn't mess up the interrupt processing.
