Question: What is the output of the 16-bit refresh pseudoaddress on A[31:16]? The RPARLD (refresh pseudoaddress reload) that we program in or the internal counter (RPADEC) that decrements 1 each time a refresh cycle is performed?

Answer: The refresh pseudo-address value output is the RPADEC value. When the count reached zero then the pseudo-address value output is RPARLD. Then the pseudo-address value output decrements by 1 again every cycle.
