Question: The customer is using a NSC part (AC245/AC138 - logic) with the C30 and would like to know what value of pull-up resisters he needs. The AC245 and AC138 are noninverting bus transceivers.

Answer: If there is a second driver on the bus he will need at least a 1kohm resister in series, if there is not another driver, a pull-up is not needed.
