Question: What's the useable tolerance for the values R1, C1 and C2 ? - there is a part number of TDK in the TMX320C6201 datasheet. Any idea of a second source by another company ?

Answer: It is recommended that 1%-tolerance resistors be used, and 10%-tolerance caps. The most important requirements for selection of the EMI filter are as follows:
1) max attenuation frequency : 20-30MHz
2) max dB attenuation : 45-50dB
3) min dB attenuation above 30MHz :

20dB EMI filters ACF 451832-333, 223, 153 and 103 (from TDK) could be suitable choices. If other vendor EMI filters meet these same basic characteristics, you should be safe. I think that the Panasonic filter EXCCET103U would also work well.
