Question : On the C6x EVM board, there are some 33ohms resistors between the C6x address lines and the address line buffers, and there are some more 33ohms resistors between the address line buffers and the SDRAM and expansion address output. What are the purpose of these resistors? Why we need that before and after the address buffers?

Answer : Usually, series resistors have been used as damping resistances, to " soften "
the signals on these lines ( suppress high frequency harmonics caused due to
sharp transitions and ringing ).
