Asset InterTech acquires TI boundary-scan software business

ASSET InterTech, Inc. has acquired the Texas Instruments business unit responsible for the IEEE 1149.1 boundary-scan diagnostic software, ASSET. Glenn Woppman, formerly TI ASSET product manager, is president and chief executive officer of ASSET InterTech. ASSET InterTech will serve the existing ASSET customer base.
