TI is producing the industry's only testability transceivers with mixed-voltage capabilities (3 V/5 V). These Low-Voltage Technology (LVT) additions to TI's existing Widebus family of testability transceivers, which implement the IEEE boundary scan test standard, offer the same performance as 5-V ABT counterparts.
