'96 Power+ Data Book now available

TI's new 1996 Power+ Data Book offers details about all of the members TI's Power+ families.

• Power+ Array devices -- integrated multiple power FETs (up to six) in surface-mount packaging. Twenty new devices have been added to the family. These devices feature 5-V logic-level gate drive and/or ESD-gate protection of 4000 V.

• Power+ Logic devices -- control logic integrated on the same substrate with multiple power FETs. Three new devices have been introduced to drive lamps and other low to medium current loads.

• Power+ Control devices -- integrated power ICs and pre-FET drivers to complement the Power+ Array family.
