TLC5616 DAC Interfaced to a TMS320C32 floating-point DSP

The TLC5615 is a 10-bit serial DAC that offers high speed and very low power consumption in a small package. Its CMOS-compatible interface allows easy connectivity to industry standard MCUs and DSPs. Plus, an additional digital output enables the daisy-chaining of multiple TLC5615s and data read-back to the processor. These features make the TLC5615 ideal for digital offset and gain adjustment, machine and motion control, battery-powered equipment and even cellular phone applications.
