Now you can save battery power and get rail-to-rail output swing in 3-V and 5-V systems with Texas Instruments newest LinCMOS op amps. For just 35 µA per channel (typ), the TLC2252 dual and TLC2254 quad op amps feature rail-to-rail output swing for remote sensing and portable applications. The low-voltage TLV2252 and TLV2254 bring the same micropower operation to 3-V designs.
These new op amps do more than just save power: the TLC-and TLV225x are the lowest noise micropower CMOS amplifiers available today. Their low noise floor of only 19 nV/ÃHz (at 1 kHz) and maximum offset voltage of 850 µV (A-suffix devices) reduce the error floor of low bandwidth and DC circuits. Remote sensor signal conditioning circuits will benefit from the low temperature coefficient and good long term stability of Texas Instruments Advanced LinCMOS process.
The new TLC225x and TLV225x are available in commercial and industrial temperature grades in DIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages.
The TLC2252/4 and TLV2252/4 are just the latest in our complete family of low noise rail-to-rail op amps. For higher speed choose the TLC2272/4 with 3.5 V/µs slew rate and 2.18 MHz bandwidth. For a compromise between power consumption and speed, try the TLC226x and TLV226x.
