The TPS281x family is a series of low cost, dual channel, high speed MOSFET drivers for power supply and other high speed switching applications.

The drivers can deliver peak currents up to 2 A into highly capacitive loads. These devices drive 1 nF loads with 20 ns maximum rise and fall times and 30 ns maximum delay times with minimal shoot through current.

The drivers operate over a 4 to 14 V supply range and consume less than 5 µA of supply current with the inputs high or low. An internal voltage regulator is provided in the TPS2811/12/13 to extend the operating range to 42 V. The regulator output can be used to power other circuitry, provided power dissipation does not exceed package ratings. If the regulator is not required, it can be left disconnected.

The TPS281x family is available in 8-pin PDIP, SO, and TSSOP packages.
