Syntax for MEGAVIEW

MEGAVIEW filename     (Sends output to local screen and modem)
MEGAVIEW | filename   (Pipes output to printer as well)

The MEGAVIEW command will display and print any type of file.  If a filename is
not entered, you will be prompted.
