Answer: The new User's guide (1997) has an example on the boot code generation. The FTP site also has test programs and examples for c2xx device peripherals and boot example. Pgm name - c2xxugpg.exe. Self extracting zip file. The boot code example is for assembly files. For c code based COFF files, refer to page D-10 in c2xx/5x assembly language tools guide.
