Question: Startup. How do the strobe lines go? i.e. what do they do on a reset?

Answer: The STRB line stays low for seven wait states therefore it takes 7+2 cycles for reading and 7+3 cycles for a write. Can change the wait states to zero or other in the software and the STRB line stays low for that many wait states.
