Question: In TMS320C2xx User's Guide(SPRU127B), page 7-68, it describes IDLE will forces CPU to power-down mode; and wake up from an unmasked hardware interrupt. In my program, I found out that RINT (maskable interrupt) can wake up the CPU from IDLE, why?

Answer: If your maskable interrupt, RINT, is unmasked, then it will cause the device to come off of IDLE.
