A closer look at wireless Wireless: A view from 50,000 feet
Mike McMahan is a TI Fellow and director of research and development for TI's Wireless Communications Business Unit. He joined Texas Instruments in 1979 and received his BSEE at MIT and his MS in computer science from the University of Illinois. Mike is a member of IEEE and holds three patents. In addition, Mike will be featured on American Airlines' "Mobile Office of the Air" audio program in July and August. He will share his insight into the wireless communications market and the role Texas Instruments will play in helping cellular handset OEMs develop exciting new products.
