The Pathway ’C24x DSK will allow users to evaluate motor-control algorithms and the on-chip Flash resources of the TMS320F240 DSP. The product has a TMS320F240 onboard to allow full-speed verification of code for the entire ’C24x generation and 16K words of Flash memory. The popular Code Explorer™ from GO DSP, a Texas Instruments company, simplifies code development via its window-oriented debugging capability. The motor-control interface provided via connectors interfaces to both International Rectifier’s and Technosoft’s motor control kits. The interfaces support current-mode and voltage-mode motor control.
