Low-voltage ADCs

The low-power TLV1544 and TLV1548 10-bit serial analog-to-digital data converters save components and board space by connecting directly to DSPs and microprocessors without glue logic.

Both devices operate from single-supply voltages ranging from 2.7-V to 5.5-V, in one of three software-programmable power consumption modes: powered-down, slow or fast.

For ease of analog design, the TLV1544 and TLV1548 can select among analog inputs and self-test modes, and can sample and hold in normal or extended modes. For ease of digital design, the devices feature a direct-connection serial processor interface. A frame sync input and an invert clock input allow for even greater interface flexibility.
