Texas Instruments now offers the popular TPS5904/A Opto-isolated Feedback Amplifier in a “gull wing” surface mount package. This packaging option allows increased circuit board density and decreased cost when compared to through hole assembly. The part numbers for this package option are TPS5904DCS for the 100% to 400% CTR rated device and TPS5904ADCS for the 150% to 300% CTR rated device.

Additionally all packages now have safety agency approval from SEMKO, DEMKO, NEMKO, FIMKO, (complying with standards EN 60065/IEC 65 and 60950/IEC 950), VDE #0884 and UL (file# 65085).
