The TLV246x family of low-voltage single supply operational amplifiers feature full rail-to-rail input and output operation. These devices operate over a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 6 V, and are fully specified at 3 V and 5 V. The RRIO, superior ac performance (4.4-MHz bandwidth and 1.8-V/µs slew rate) and 250- output drive are ideal for multiple applications including:

Data acquisition circuits
Portable equipment
Cellular
Telecom
Signal conditioning

Each device is available with or without shutdown (I_SD = 0.6 µA) and in several package and temperature options. The table provides an overview of the corresponding part numbers and options, including the industry's first single op amp with shutdown in a SOT-23-6 package.

The TLV2462 and TLV2463 are available today in production volumes. The other family members are scheduled to be in full production by September 1, 1998.
