| Fujitsu F²MC16L Microcontrollers are ideally suited to applications demanding low cost, low power consumption and low voltage capability but combined with a rich and powerful peripheral set. Examples include automotive dashboard and body electronics, metering and battery powered applications such as mobile phones and pagers.Mostly fabricated in Fujitsu's 0.8µm CMOS technology, these devices are able to operate between 2.7 and 5.5V. Where an external bus is available, this is usually multiplexed to minimise the size of the package and so reduce cost. Program memory options are mask ROM, one time programmable EPROM, ROMless plus one Flash ROM variant. | |||||||||||||||
