LVDS line driver, receiver

The SN65LVDS31 quad differential line driver and SN65LVDS32 quad differential line receiver both implement low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) to reduce power, increase switching speed and allow operation with a 3.3-V supply power. The four-channel devices are well-suited for point-to-point baseband data transmission over controlled impedance media of approximately 100 ohms.

SN65LVDS31 SOIC $3.85
SN65LVDS32 SOIC $3.85
Suggested retail pricing in U.S. dollars in 1K quantity.

SN65LVDS31/2 features

  • 400 Mbps typical data rates ('31)
