High-speed op amp

TI's new 30-V THS4001 is a versatile high-speed operational amplifier, featuring 300-MHz bandwidth, 400-V/us slew rate and 30-ns settling time. The device is ideal for a broad range of applications, including graphic scanners, cable TV set-top boxes, digital TV and signal processing systems.

The THS4001 has very low harmonic distortion, which helps guarantee signal integrity. It can be used with a variety of supply voltages and is characterized at +/- 15 V, +/- 5 V and 5-V single supply.

The THS4001 is fabricated using TI's high-voltage complementary bipolar (BiCom) process, which produces full dielectric isolation for higher bandwidth performance, faster slew rates and smaller die sizes.

THS4001 8-pin SOIC $2.17

Suggested resale pricing in U.S. dollars in 1K quantity.
