16 Mbit SDRAM

A new plastic space-saving package option for telecom, industrial control and military extended-temperature environments is available from TI's Military Semiconductor Products Division. The 16M-bit Synchronous DRAM employs enhanced performance implanted CMOS (EPIC™) technology fabricated by Texas Instruments. Suitable applications include telecom base stations, ruggedized computers, digital mapping, image processing, navigation and radar. The parent device is the 626162 SDRAM.
